DESERT SPRINGS VILLAS The resort condos are located adjacent to Marriott's Resort and Spa, about 13 miles southwest of Palm Springs.
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities, and enjoy the excitement, comfort and convienience of a full service resort at substantially lower condo rental rates.
The Palm Desert area abounds in many fine Golf Courses available for public and private play.
The condos are air-conditioned throughout and fully equipped with modern facilities including gourmet kitchens and have breathtaking views of lakes, fairways and snowcapped mountains from the private sundecks.
There is a complete supply of all bedding, linens, and cooking utensils - everything needed to make for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.
On-site amenities are plentiful and include the Villa Market Place, exercise room, sauna, swimming pool and barbecue areas that are located in the Clubhouse.
In additon to the resort amenities guests have full access the the full facilities, pool, restaurants and lounges of the adjacent Marriott Palm Desert Resort.
The resort has three pools, three whirlpool spas, children's wading pool, waterfalls, fountains and an activity center.
The natural setting of PALM DESERT and surrounding area offer a bounty of outdoor activities ranging from superb Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Mountain Biking, Whitewater Rafting and Hot air ballooning.
